David Feber

McKinsey & Company

David Feber is a Partner in the McKinsey & Company Detroit office. He leads McKinsey’s Packaging Service Line and has deep expertise in the Packaging Space. He serves multiple players in the packaging and Chemical areas across consumer products, packaging and basic materials. David has had two stints at McKinsey. He was at McKinsey from 2000-2004 as an Associate Principle, then rejoined the Firm as a direct-elect Partner in January 2017. During the time in between, David spent almost a decade in Senior Executive roles in the packaging industry.

Daniel Nordigården

Daniel Nordigården is a Partner with McKinsey & Company based in Detroit, MI. He serves clients globally, focused exclusively on the paper and packaging industry. Daniel has deep expertise across packaging substrates, end uses, and regions as well as extensive experience in strategy, operations, sustainability, and private equity. He also co-led McKinsey’s global work around “Packaging 2030” and sustainability in packaging.

Andy joined Esko in June 2017. Before joining Esko, Andy spent almost 10 years at Videojet, most recently as the Vice President - Global Service, Parts & Supplies, where he led Videojet’s IoT strategy, in addition to the $550M service and consumables business. Prior to Videojet, Andy spent 4 years in Systems & Software Engineering at Lockheed Martin. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Engineering Management from Northwestern University, and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

Frank Goddiess

Long term Colgate Employee that has worked in a variety of Supply Chain, Project Management, and Systems roles. Currently, Frank is responsible for the Packaging Systems which includes the Artwork Process, the Material Specification System, Master Data Management, and other packaging related systems. In a previous role, he implemented the successful vertical integration of in-house printing of labels at a Colgate factory for Softsoap and Irish Spring brands using Gallus presses with flexo, screen, and hot stamp capabilities. Additionally, Frank has coordinated the launches of countless products from a Supply Chain perspective, with the majority being cross border sourced.

Gino is Master in General Management (Vlerick), Applied Economics (Ghent University) and Germanic Philology (Ghent University). He started his career in the advertising department of Procter & Gamble.

After completing his studies at the Technical University of Karlsruhe and Southern Oregon State University, Torsten Ilse started as an IT & Business Analyst at Mars Germany in 1997. He served in various positions over the following years as IT Project Manager for Data Warehousing, Global Program Management for ERP & Corporate Systems and Senior Manager for IT Procurement & Offshore Services. Torsten Ilse has been managing the Packaging Graphics & Compliance area for Europe at Mars Inc. since 2013 and took on the role as Global Head Artwork Commercialization & Packaging Compliance in 2019.

Venkat Subramanian, Director, Supply Chain at Amgen is the head of global artwork team. His team is responsible for managing product label creation and revisions that are used in the packaging of several pharmaceutical products that are marketed in nearly 100 countries.

Trent White

Trent joined Newell Brands in 2008 and has been part of the company’s Digital Asset Management journey since 2015. His team manages the DAM system and is responsible for architecting integration solutions for “Project Odyssey” - Newell’s massive project to migrate websites to SFCC for its various brands. Prior to joining Newell, Trent worked in Information Technology for a national homebuilder as well as The Home Depot.

David is a Product Manager at Esko with responsibilities including Color Management and Digital Printing. David has over 35 years experience in the graphics business, having previously worked for leading suppliers in prepress software, such as PCC and Artwork Systems, on the development of systems for workflow and color management.
