“We began working with Esko back in 2010, and over the past 15 years the relationship has grown alongside our business. In 2022, we added XPS technology to improve plate consistency and exposure control. Then in 2024, we invested in a large-format CDI together with Print Control Wizard to further advance our automation and imaging quality. Each step has brought us closer to the fully integrated workflow we set out to build.

Today, our workflow runs from customer files through Automation Engine and Flexo Front End, into CDI plate imaging and XPS exposure, and finally into production. It creates a smooth, connected process with significantly less manual handling at every stage. We have seen faster repeat job setup, more consistent plate quality across shifts, and reduced waste during press startup — all managed by a dedicated prepress team of three people.
