The Esko CDI Crystal XPS ensures precise, consistent plate imaging with simultaneous back and front LED exposure, while Print Control Wizard leverages various critical print parameters and variables to optimize crystal screening for vibrant, accurate and repeatable print quality. Equinox extended color gamut printing provides a broader range of colors with a fixed ink set, increasing the visual quality of prints while reducing waste and improving efficiency in the printing process.

All conversions and separations were done with Esko Equinox, staying well within the industry standard of Delta E <2:
- Purple: 0,23 – 0,97
- Green: 1,02 – 1.32
- Orange: 1,40 – 1,52
Aside from converting this job into an CMYKOVG job for flexo printing, we also converted the job into a digital print for the Mark Andy Inkjet Digital Series HD. This to show that colors can be perfectly matched with different printing processes.

- Purple: 1,18
- Orange: 0,84
Green was printed as a spot color because it was out of gamut for the press (not having green ink)
