Different breadcrumbs are configured

1) Added to items with different background color to test the CSS

2) With / without a datasource configured to test the result

1st = without datasource
2nd = with datasource incl folders (folders should not be displayed)
3rd = with datasource = item that should not be displayed when it's a parent
4th = with datasource where the parents should not be displayed
5th = with datasource where the grandparent should not be displayed

to test (on another page, without datasource where one of the parents should not be displayed
