How do I reorder previously bought items?
If you want to reorder certain products that you have bought before, then login to ‘My Store Account’, go to ‘My Kongsberg’ or ‘My CDI’ and click on the ‘Reorder items you have bought before’ link.

How do I find the best Kongsberg bit or blade for my job?
Try the Kongsberg bits and blades finder to help you find the best suited bit or blade for your job. Alternatively, you can go directly to a category (e.g. crease wheels) and use the ‘narrow your results’ functionality to narrow your product selection.

How do I know if I can use a certain bit or blade on my table?
The requirements (table, tools, adapters…) are indicated per product, on the product detail page. Simply click the requirements link.

I am an existing customer, how do I know what Kongsberg table I have?
Login to ‘My Store Account’ and check ‘Overview of My Kongsberg tables’. The order date, table and serial number is indicated. The information is based on the past orders from the company (code) that is linked to your Esko ID.

I am an existing customer, how do I know what underlay fits my Kongsberg table?
Login to ‘My Store Account’, click on ‘Buy an underlay’ and choose the table for which you wish to buy an underlay (in case you have multiple tables) . A list with all the applicable underlays for your selected table will appear. The underlays that were shipped with your table are highlighted with the text ‘This underlay was shipped with your table’. The information is based on the past orders from the company (code) that is linked to your Esko ID.

How to create an Esko ID as an existing customer?
As an existing customer, you can create your Esko ID as a part of the check-out process. You can choose to link your personal Esko ID to your company.

What is my company code?
If you are an existing customer of Esko, your company has a company code. If you don’t know the code of your company, please send an email to login.eskostore@esko.com .

I forgot my password. How can I reset my password?
Go to ‘My Store Account’, fill out your e-mail address and click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link. You will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password.

PAYMENTS

How to add an additional credit card to my payment options?
When logged in at ‘My Store Account’, click on ‘My Payment Options’ and select ‘Add new card’.

What is a verification code?
A verification code is mandatory for MasterCard and VISA. It is a private code for protection against unauthorized use of your credit card when you are shopping online. The verification code is the last 3 digits printed in the signature field or in a small white box to the right of the signature field.

SHIPPING

How do I know if my selected product is in stock?
The stock availability is indicated when you add a product to your cart. The availability is also indicated on the product description page.

My selected product is out of stock?
You can backorder the product and we will ship the product as soon as it is in stock.

Some of my selected products are out of stock but the rest of my order is available. How do I proceed?
As part of your check-out, you can choose to ship all items in one go once they become available, or ship the items that are in stock right away and do a second shipment later.

What are the shipping methods available?
When checking-out, you can select your preferred shipping method. The supported service levels depend on your shipping country.

When will I receive my order?
The estimated delivery time will be indicated when you are selecting the shipping method during the check-out. Note that Esko is not responsible for any delays during customs clearing.

Can I pick up my order myself?
Yes. Esko Store offers a self-pick-up service at the nearest warehouse. When checking out, choose for the “Self-pick-up option” at the “Shipping Method” section.

Can I use my own courier?
Yes. When checking out, choose for “Use my own courier option” at the “Shipping Method” section. You will need to fill out your courier name and courier account.

What are the shipping costs involved?
The shipping costs depend on the selected shipping method. When you are reviewing your order the total cost for ‘shipping and handling’ will be indicated.

TAX

How many taxes do I have to pay?
When you are reviewing your order the total amount of Tax and/or VAT will be indicated. Applicable taxes are calculated based on your delivery address.

I am a new US customer and I have a tax exemption certificate, where can I send it?

I am an existing Esko US customer and I have provided Esko with a tax exemption certificate. Will this be taken into account when shopping on the Esko Store?
No taxes will be applied in case you have provided us with a valid tax exemption certificate for your ship-to state and you are shopping using an Esko ID that is linked to the company for which you have provided the tax exemption certificate.

Do I have to pay customs charges?
Prices on Esko Store do not include any import duties. The customs clearing is the customers’ responsibility.
