How does your company measure print quality?

Our operators are sufficiently skilled to validate the print quality by themselves.

We run a quality process that makes every single production machine perform within a defined tolerance.

We hold our ISO certification very dear. We follow standardized quality processes and have tools and instrumentation available to reach our certification goals.

The quality is digitally monitored throughout the entire production process. Internal and external feedback loops guarantee transparency.

Our company operates by a 'First Time Right' rule. Through continuous closed loop feedback, we anticipate production anomalies which we correct with standardized countermeasures.

How does your company meet customer delivery deadlines?

We just do what needs to be done, even if that means working overtime.

By measuring our output in the past, we were able to adjust some steps in our production. This resulted in fewer missed deadlines than in the old days.

We work by measurable targets to improve our timeliness. Deviating from our planning, however, for sure leads to missed deadlines.

In our business, a reliable forecast is in place. It enables us to commit to our deadlines and still have room for rush jobs.

On Time Delivery is our competitive differentiator. We take pride in continuously shortening lead times without stretching the process.

Does your company live by core values that support environmental sustainability?

We have some statements on our website, but reducing our ecological footprint is not our main concern.

We have measured our environmental impact. As such we were able to successfully introduce some initiatives for an eco-friendlier production.

Green production is a competitive differentiator for our business. We comply with clear environmental sustainability objectives, both on corporate and on individual level.

All of our production equipment and processes are fully optimized to have a maximum positive impact for the environment.

How does your company measure overall equipment effectiveness?

Should we measure equipment effectiveness? We invest in new equipment based on 'gut feeling' while we continue to work with our existing equipment as long as it lasts.

We measure equipment downtime in a basic way. In order to reduce setup time, we simply add more people.

Our company has basic tools to measure overall equipment effectiveness. We reduce setup time through improvements in our production process.

We fully measure and continuously optimize our overall equipment effectiveness. We balance our job load and order planning entirely in function of OEE improvement.

In our business, best-in-class OEE is achieved by using all of our available business intelligence. We exactly know when we will have downtime and have optimized our processes to limit that downtime to the absolute minimum.
