Gino is one of Europe's leading experts in retail management and trade marketing. Audiences in over 25 countries spread over 4 continents, have enjoyed his entertaining presentations on shopper behaviour, retail strategy and e-commerce. Gino is Master in General Management (Vlerick), Applied Economics (Ghent University) and Germanic Philology (Ghent University). He started his career in the advertising department of Procter & Gamble.

Jules Lejeune studied International Economics at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. After his graduation in 1987, he started as economic analyst at a merchant bank in Amsterdam before joining Lejeune Association Management in 1990. In 2002 he took over the company from his father. He has held responsibility for several international associations within the labelling and packaging industry, including, since 1998, FINAT, the European association for the label industry with over 600 members in 50 countries.

After completing his studies at the Technical University of Karlsruhe and Southern Oregon State University, Torsten Ilse started as an IT & Business Analyst at Mars Germany in 1997. He served in various positions over the following years as IT Project Manager for Data Warehousing, Global Program Management for ERP & Corporate Systems and Senior Manager for IT Procurement & Offshore Services. Torsten Ilse has been managing the Packaging Graphics & Compliance area for Europe at Mars Inc. since 2013 and took on the role as Global Head Artwork Commercialization & Packaging Compliance in 2019 and Global Graphics Director in 2022.

Customer and Consumer Insight Specialist
Nicole Karamallakis is a Consumer & Packaging Insight Specialist at Printpack, an industry leader in flexible and specialty rigid packaging. In this role, she monitors consumer trends and package preferences to drive innovation and product development activities. Previously at Printpack, Nicole was a Sales Representative where she worked with various customers including General Mills, supporting Blue Buffalo and other brands. She earned her bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Georgia.
