Independent consultancy will deliver training for ArtPro+, Automation Engine and WebCenter users
Esko, the leading developer of integrated software and hardware solutions for the global labels and packaging market, has announced a new partnership with Conics to deploy and deliver training for its market-leading range of prepress solutions in Europe.
Under the terms of the new partnership, Ypres-based Conics will support Esko by delivering comprehensive support through the deployment and training of the company’s native PDF editing software ArtPro+, its workflow automation solution Automation Engine and its packaging management solution WebCenter, to customers across the Benelux region.
“We are always keen to ensure our customers are making the very most of their Esko software,” said Isabelle Manche, regional business director EMEA at Esko. “By partnering with Conics, we are able to offer an extra level of customer support to ensure that every user is maximizing their investment and able to take full advantage of the tools that have been developed to accelerate their go-to-market and boost their business”.
“Conics is a fully independent software consultancy provider with a 100% focus on graphical processes, and has secured an excellent reputation in this field,” added Isabelle Manche. “Their flexibility and collaboration will increase the level of support available to those that need it, with an emphasis on training as well as improving and transferring knowledge to deliver significant benefits to our customers.”
From project management and implementation through to analysis and integration, Conics works with companies to ensure they are ready for the future. “Building upon a profound knowledge of the graphical industry and a clear vision about software selection, we work with businesses to propose the best possible solution to their challenges, delivering one that seamlessly meets their needs and strategy,” said Dries Maerten, CEO at Conics. “We then translate that vision and goals into matching people, processes and tools. That’s why this collaboration with Esko is a perfect fit for us.
“Our team gets a kick out of challenging projects and we are always looking for long-term solutions for our customers,” Dries explained. “Working with customers to successfully integrate the Esko ecosystem into their workflow as they look to digitalize, automate and optimize their graphical processes makes life easier for our customers, and we could not be more pleased to be working with Esko as a deployment and training partner.”
