Digitization, automation and improved connectivity “key to long-term business success”
Packaging converters will discover the benefits of improved connectivity and automated workflows when visiting this month’s FachPack event in Nuremberg, when Esko showcases solutions to help businesses continue their digital transformation and meet the ever-changing demands of customers.
“We are incredibly excited to be attending our first ‘in person’ event of the year, and FachPack is the ideal platform to demonstrate the benefits that digitization, automation and improved connectivity deliver across the entire packaging prepress process,” said Jan De Roeck, Director Industry Relations & Strategic Marketing, Esko. “While we have had a presence at a number of trade shows over the past year, it will be great to finally throw off the shackles of a virtual booth, to leave our home offices and meet up with industry professionals and customers and to give them the opportunity to get a close-up look at how Esko solutions can help their businesses.”
The Esko booth will feature the latest workflow and collaboration solutions for packaging converters, from Automation Engine SaaS – the workflow automation software now available with cloud deployment to reduce IT infrastructure needs and improve connectivity – through to the latest developments in the market-leading packaging management solution WebCenter.
“Today’s packaging manufacturers and suppliers face an ever-growing demand for increased accuracy, consistency and efficiency,” said Jan. “Without doubt, the innovation delivering the clearest tangible benefit to businesses in meeting this challenge is to integrate people, systems and processes in automated workflows, systems and processes. For packaging converters, digitizing the process by which packaging is made is clearly the key to delivering long-term business success.
“Excellence in business performance – the value promise of digital transformation – leads to success by improving operational processes, lowering costs and delivering client loyalty,” added Jan. “Our team of workflow automation experts, led by Customer Success Partner Hendrik Spreen, will be on hand to discuss how the latest solutions can help businesses advance on their own digital transformation journey and cope with post-COVID challenges.”
Jan said that although the sector had faced unprecedented challenges across the last 18 months, Esko has continued to focus on new product development. “We wanted to ensure customers remain at the forefront of productivity and innovation gains and are supported in their efforts to automate, digitize and connect,” he said. “We are looking forward to demonstrating our latest innovations with FachPack visitors as we look to help customers achieve their own digital transformation goals.”
The Esko team will be in Booth 611, Hall 7A, at FachPack, from September 28-30 at the Exhibition Centre in Nuremberg.
