Charles joined Esko in September 2018. Before that, Charles spent 10 years at KaVo Kerr, most recently as the President, Treatment Units & Instruments, where he led the transformation and integration of four independent business units into one $500M operating company. Prior to Dental, he spent 14 years in marketing and engineering roles at Videojet.

Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
