Application Engineer (DACH)
Your position
You will install software and train system operators in classrooms or at the customer's site. You will prepare training documentation & tools.
Your main responsibilities:
- Train (customer-) operators to make efficient use of the software either in the training centre or at the customer’s site (in their production environment).
- Help the customer to integrate the system in their existing workflow.
- Define content of training programmes and develop training tools that improve the quality and speed of the training courses.
- Report and follow-up on activities.
- Keep own knowledge up to date by attending courses, self study, and in depth preparation.
Your profile
Must haves:
Technical background in or aptitude for graphical industry
Willingness to learn EskoArtwork software and hardware solutions
Willingness to travel on a regular basis
German and English language skills
Good communication skills
Flexible
Structured, analytical, organized
Able to work independently
Team player
Assets:
Experience as a trainer
Experience with the EskoArtwork Products
Experience in the Packaging-market
Customer facing skills
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop
Have some IT-knowledge like networks, operating systems, etc.
