Software Support Engineer (UK)
Your position
As a software support engineer, you will work within a team responsible for
1st line Customer Support.
- Taking calls diagnose and resolve customer problems in a fast, cost effective and efficient way.
- Assist distributors and colleagues on high level software problems by building up competence.
- Improve product quality by providing R&D with field quality data.
The position is based out of our UK Based Redditch office but occasionally you are required to provide on-site support and/or training Worldwide.
Your profile
- Degree in Graphic Arts or Informatics or equivalent.
- Good pre-press skills with strong basic IT skills, including various operating systems on both PC and Mac.
- Good command of spoken and written English. Other European languages are a bonus.
- Have analytical skills, a trouble shooter and able to manage stress situations. A good communicator and team player.
- Experience in a similar position or knowledge on EskoArtwork software or competitive products are considered an advantage.
