Software Support Engineer (Italy)
Your position
As a Software Support Engineer you are responsible for the end-to-end problem solving and training of our customers within the prepress and packaging sector in Italy.
You take calls, diagnose and resolve the customer’s problems in a fast, cost effective and efficient way. Furthermore you are a trainer, training can occur on-site or remotely. You install and configure EskoArtwork software related to color and imaging.
The position is based out of our Milan office (Italy) and you provide support or training, on-site (on customer premises) or remotely (trough e-training sessions).
Your profile
You have experience in prepress or a degree in Graphic Arts.
Besides good pre-press skills, you master basic IT skills, including various operating systems on both PC and Mac.
You speak fluently Italian and you have a good knowledge of English.
You are analytical, a troubleshooter and stress resistant. Moreover you are service-minded, a good communicator and team player.
Experience in a similar position or knowledge on EskoArtwork software or competitive products are considered an advantage.
