Esko ArtiosCAD 7.3 also includes modules for the design and layout of ejection rubber profiles. It is an automatic one-click solution for generating ejection rubber profiles for a cutting die.
The module uses a sophisticated set of user configurable rules taking into consideration rule type, location, geometry and other parameters. The automatic layout feature optimizes the cutting layout using a powerful nesting tool that balances sheet usage with element grouping, making efficient use of the rubber sheet, saving time in production, as well as materials costs.
